Let's occupy land together, creating a new intentional living center in California. Oakland meets Ojai. This is a legitimate movement. We are real and so are you. We are crowdsourcing a new reality. Sustainable and Just Living! At the turning point when we tried to save money to travel and instead quit our jobs to WOOF around the world. We don't know quite what to call ourselves at times. Fuck you, feed us. Food stamps for everyone, irregardless of how much money you make. Folks working from their heart space in exchange for shelter and food-We live in tents, pitched in your front yard, in the forest in the mountains, near hot springs; we go on bike tours across country, take the train, the bus; drive around in musical van communities, gypsy caravans run off of biofuel and pixie dust. This is when imaginations turn real. We are envisioning a world beyond the non-profit industrial complex; we don't want to hold a job, but we love to work on projects that fit the purpose of this new world, for really, this new world is an illuminated rainbow of our most primal energetic vibrations: we are listening to our instincts; we ask: maybe nature is telling us that borders are illusions; we are caretakers of this world; equal, beloved by the mother earth. We snap our cellphones in half. We are present. We want to hear each other's stories and be held. Where did you come from, where are you going, and especially, thank you for your presence here, right now. The time is now. This is the real community, and you are invited to join. We're building beyond the walls.
